Sippi Room Rentals
Thanks for inquiring about rental of the Sippi Room for your event.
PLEASE CONFIRM DATES BEFORE PURCHASE!
The total amount for whole day rental is $550 plus $100 deposit due at the time of booking. You may pick up key the day before if no other events are booked.
Half day rental is $350 plus $100 deposit at the time of booking. Event end time must be 6 pm or before.
The remainder of the balance is due 14 days before the event. You must cancel 7 days before the event in order to get a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, you will receive partial refund. You must clean the facility including the restroom the same night or you forfeit deposit. Please bring your own burner/warmer for food. Please remove all food and trash bags immediately following your event. Please review and sign your rental agreement at time of booking. Please send me your email for a copy of the rental agreement.
